At AI Blueprint, we create digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because our products are digital and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally considered final.
Digital Products
All products sold on our store are digital downloads, including ebooks, templates, prompt libraries, systems, and other downloadable resources.
Once your payment has been processed, you'll receive immediate access to your purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered after a purchase has been completed.
However, we understand that genuine issues can occur. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we'll work to resolve the problem:

- Your download link isn't working.
- Your file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- There is another verified technical issue preventing access.
If we cannot resolve a legitimate technical issue, a refund may be provided at our discretion.
Incorrect Purchases

We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Accidentally placing an order
- Deciding the product isn't suitable after downloading
- Expecting features not described on the product page
